Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily housekeeping staff, including assigning tasks and conducting inspections.
- Ensure all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to hotel standards.
- Train, mentor and evaluate the housekeeping staff performance, ensuring compliance with safety and cleanliness protocols.
- Address guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain housekeeping supplies inventory and ensure proper use of cleaning equipment and materials.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage housekeeping teams effectively
- Excellent organizational and time mangement skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with team members and other departments
- Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and safety regulations
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
