Our client is an accomplished multidisciplinary consultancy that offers a wide range of professional services spanning from architecture, engineering, and more. As a leader in the industry, they tackle complex challenges with creativity and innovation, balancing design, function, and cost. They are going through growth mode in recent years and are now looking to expand their headcount with a principal architect.
Your new role
A few of your responsibilities would be ;
· Provide technical expertise in architectural design.
· Ensure that design solutions align with clients’ requirements and are optimized.
· Participate in business development meetings to target specific markets and clients will be advantageous.
· Foster relationships with clients and identify project opportunities.
· Liaise with clients to discuss project-related matters.
· Oversee the progress of on-site work to ensure alignment with design plans.
· Negotiate with contractors regarding design requirements and building progress.
What you'll need to succeed
· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or Degree in Architecture from a University accredited with Board of Architects Singapore (BOA).
· At least 3 years of relevant architectural experience.
· Being a Registered Architect under BOA will be advantageous.
· Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Autodesk Revit.
