Your role:

- Manage engagements from start to finish, ensuring delivery of high-quality work (integration, growth, efficiency, digitization or regulatory change)
- Structure ambiguous problems and take action to solve them by focusing on the most important challenges
- Lead teams and clients through challenges in an inclusive, empathetic way
- Coach, lead, and advise consultants as they develop
- Actively contribute to the development of Group Internal Consulting

Your team:
You'll be working in the Group Internal Consulting team in Hong Kong. We are a dynamic, driven and diverse team with over 700 people present in 5 regions across the globe. As part of the firm’s Group Integration Office (GIO), we work in close partnership with all divisions and functions to drive integration, transformation and change across UBS, supporting the firm in achieving its strategic goals. Your expertise:
- University degree or equivalent education
- Ideally 8+ years of work experience, the majority of which in a management consulting firm with a Banking focus
- Track record in structuring, managing and delivering complex project (including operating model and organizational design, regulatory change and operational risk, realizing efficiency improvements, digitization) following the agile approach
- Strong banking and product knowledge; expertise in Investment Banking, Asset or Wealth Management a plus
- Fluency in English, other languages a plus (Mandarin)
