We are looking for a suitable candidate for the following:
Being a Data Protection Officer, Digital Marketing Executive, Administrative Executive, below are your roles and responsibilities, including but not
limited to:
1. Ensure compliance of PDPA when developing and implementing policies
and processes for handling personal data;
2. Foster a data protection culture among employees and communicate
personal data protection policies to stakeholders;
3. Manage personal date protection related queries and complaints;
4. Alert management to any risks that might arise with regards to personal
data;
5. Liaise with the PDPC on date protection matters, if necessary;
6. Assist in Website Development and Maintenance : Design develop and
maintain the company website to ensure it is user friendly visually
appealing and up to date;
7. Assist and implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility
and search engine rankings;
8. Ensure website security and perform regular backups and updates;
9. Troubleshoot and resolve website issues in a timely manner;
10. Integrate third party tools and plugins to enhance website functionality;
11. Content Creation : Develop and write engaging and informative content
for the website blog newsletters and other marketing materials;
12. Create high quality graphics videos and other multimedia content to
support marketing campaigns;
13. Digital Marketing : Develop and implement comprehensive digital
marketing strategies to promote our services and increase;
14. Manage online advertising campaigns including Google Ads and social
media ads to drive traffic and generate leads;
15. Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns
using insights to optimize future efforts;
16. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
for improvement;
17. Social Media Management : Develop and execute social media
strategies to grow our online presence and engage with our audience;
18. Create and schedule regular posts on platforms such as LinkedIn,
Facebook, Twitter and Instagram;
19. Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional
manner.;
20. Monitor social media analytic and adjust strategies as needed to
improve engagement and reach;
21. Managing day to day office tasks related to administrative and finance;
22. Coordination with outsource staffs for administrative and finance related
matters;
23. All other ad-hoc duties assigned.
