Responsibilities
- To Onboard new hires such as handling data & document verification
- Offboarding
- Assists in hadling Leave Management e.g. Maternity leave, Paternity leave, Marriage Leave etc.
- Apply new and renewals of work pass applications via MOM Portal such as Employment Pass.
- Prepare various letters that include personal visa letters for travel, ICA PR documents and Certification of Employment.
- Generate ad hoc related reports and assists in Statutory Surveys when required.
