Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee and manage the daily operations of our expanding business. This leader will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our F&B outlets and franchise businesses, with a focus on driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and maintaining profitability. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in the food & beverage sector, particularly in bakery and pastry operations, and experience managing both corporate-owned outlets and franchise networks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the day-to-day operations of all F&B outlets and franchise locations, ensuring operational efficiency, product quality, and excellent customer service.
- Drive sales performance, monitor P&L statements, and ensure that all locations meet or exceed revenue and profitability targets.
- Collaborate with the executive team to execute business goals, expansion plans, and new market opportunities.
- Lead franchise operations, ensuring franchisees meet brand standards and operational excellence.
- Manage cross-functional teams, including kitchen staff, outlet managers, franchise coordinators, and other support staff.
- Identify areas for operational improvement and introduce innovative solutions to drive cost efficiencies and optimize resource allocation.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, providing leadership and mentorship to team members.
- Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to inform business strategies.
- Ensure all regulatory, health, and safety compliance requirements are met across all outlets and franchises.
