Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee and manage the daily operations of our expanding business. This leader will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our F&B outlets and franchise businesses, with a focus on driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and maintaining profitability. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in the food & beverage sector, particularly in bakery and pastry operations, and experience managing both corporate-owned outlets and franchise networks.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of all F&B outlets and franchise locations, ensuring operational efficiency, product quality, and excellent customer service.
  • Drive sales performance, monitor P&L statements, and ensure that all locations meet or exceed revenue and profitability targets.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to execute business goals, expansion plans, and new market opportunities.
  • Lead franchise operations, ensuring franchisees meet brand standards and operational excellence.
  • Manage cross-functional teams, including kitchen staff, outlet managers, franchise coordinators, and other support staff.
  • Identify areas for operational improvement and introduce innovative solutions to drive cost efficiencies and optimize resource allocation.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, providing leadership and mentorship to team members.
  • Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to inform business strategies.
  • Ensure all regulatory, health, and safety compliance requirements are met across all outlets and franchises.



Job Requirements:

  • Proven track record of managing multi-location F&B outlets and franchise operations.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, analyzing financial reports, and driving profitability.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and collaborate across functions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal teams, franchisees, and stakeholders.
  • A strategic thinker with a strong ability to execute operational initiatives.
  • Proficiency in operational management software and point-of-sale systems.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs.



Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in international franchise management and brand expansion.
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and compliance standards.
