Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager who is fluent in Mandarin to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, and a proven track record in sales. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with Chinese-speaking clients, and driving revenue growth through various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
· Implement comprehensive sales plans to achieve enrolment targets.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and their families, providing them with information and support throughout the enrolment process.
· Implement effective follow-up strategies to convert leads into enrolled students, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
· Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to adjust sales and marketing strategies accordingly.
· Work closely with the academic and admin departments to align sales efforts with promotional activities and campaigns.
· Track and report on sales activities, enrolment numbers, and conversion rates, providing regular updates to the Director.
· Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and support throughout the enrolment journey for our Chinese-speaking clients.
Qualifications:
· At least 2 years of working experience.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in mandarin.
· Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
