JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Customer service in parts centre, handling phone calls & email correspondence on parts enquiry
- Prepare quotations & arrange shipment to customers
- Prepare invoice, delivery order, case mark for shipments
- Monitor delivery schedule & coordinating with warehouse personnel
- Request quotations & processing of purchase order to suppliers
- Manage & coordinate for daily operation within internal & external customer
- Performs administrative duties & inventory stock taking periodically
- Other ad-hoc task assigned by superior
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Diploma in Logistics / Shipping
- Preferably with relevant experience in Parts Centre
- Well verse in Microsoft Office application
- Strong drive & initiative with ability to work independently
