My Client is seeking a motivated Sales and Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team at their clinic. This role is critical in driving the growth of the clinic by developing and executing effective sales strategies, managing marketing campaigns, and building strong relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Development: Identify and target potential clients to increase clinic revenue.
Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Provide consultations and guide clients through the services offered at the clinic.
Achieve monthly sales targets and report on performance metrics.
- Marketing Initiatives: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, and print.
Develop engaging content that promotes our services and enhances our brand presence.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities and adjust strategies as needed.
Collaborate with the team to design promotional materials and advertisements.
- Client Relations: Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
Conduct follow-ups to encourage client retention and gather testimonials.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Identify new opportunities for business growth and recommend new service offerings.
Requirements:
