Responsibilities:
* Handling full sets of accounts
* Responsible for finance operations (AP & AR transactions)
* Perform monthly bank reconciliation, inter-company reconciliation and cash flow schedule
* Weekly bank balance reporting
* Petty cash and payroll
* Liaise with auditor
* Maintain good documentation and filing system
* Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
* Possess at least a Diploma in Accountancy / Finance or equivalent
* Proficient in MS Office
* Experience in handling full sets accounts
* Strong understanding in accounting entries
* Able to work independently
* Experience in construction industry will be an advantage
