San’s Tours & Car Rentals actively seeks a Fleet Controller to join our car rental team. We are looking for someone skilled in managing a fleet of vehicles and agile in creating work schedules and routes for drivers to promptly deliver and pick up cars from our renters.
Your duties and responsibilities include:
- Co-ordinating and directing the daily activities of car drivers
- Establishing efficient routes and planning car drivers’ daily assignments
- Liaising with the sales team and customers to provide on-time deliveries and pick-ups
- Monitoring drivers to ensure adherence to schedules and compliance with company policies and procedures
- Scheduling regular servicing and maintenance of all vehicles
- Managing timely inspection of vehicles
- Maintaining the general upkeep and cleanliness of the fleet
- Any other jobs as assigned by the management
Requirements include:
- Experience in fleet management, transportation and automotive will be advantageous
- Class 3 driving license
- Ability to work under pressure
- Well organized and able to multi-task
- Good team player and decision-making skills
- Excellent customer service and ability to resolve customers’ enquiries or issues promptly
- Positive work attitude and hands-on approach
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ level or equivalent
- Good level of spoken English is a must.
- IT/Computer literate
