Scope of work and responsibilities
- Point of contact and liaising with our clients
- Provide one-stop service experience and ensure all needs are met
- Provide support to our clients such as submission of applications with Ministry of Manpower, Immigration & Checkpoints Authority and all other agencies required
- Accompany clients to relevant agencies when necessary
- Liaising and collection of all documentations and information relevant from clients and vendors
- Provide client service support to the Marketing department
Requirements
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in client liaising and relationship role or related
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (Emails, calls, chat and in-person)
- Ability to excel both independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with submission of application with MOM and ICA an added advantage
- Ability to understand and communicate in English and Mandarin is preferred
