Job Description:
- 6 to 12 months of training in Taiwan Head office or Singapore (Engineering Team), after training period, will be assigned to execute overseas projects (station at Overseas subsidiaries company (US, Germany or Japan)
- Operations Management
- Business Development
- Meet performance KPI
- Management report writing
- Customer Research
- And other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Willing to relocate (At least 6 months of training in Taiwan or Singapore) then relocate to America, Germany or Japan
- Bachelor's degree or above (Business administration, Mechanical or Electrical engineering related)
- At least 3 years of work experience
- Microsoft office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
- Proficient in multiple languages will be advantageous
- Experience in Semiconductor and Engineering Industry is a PLUS
- Sales & Marketing, Training & Development experience is a PLUS
