As an Operations Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of our operational activities. You will work closely with various departments to support our brand's growth and enhance customer experiences across all channels.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for processing orders from all E-Commerce platforms
- Program product and price information of various promotion campaigns onto the POS (point of sale) system
- Manage the digital screen content display across all the retail stores
- Participate in food fair events and roadshows. Engage with customers to promote brand awareness and product knowledge.
- Support in back-end operational administrative duties

- Proficient in MS Office
