IT Responsibilities (50%)

• Monitor and maintain cybersecurity measures to safeguard company systems and information.
• Conduct regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and penetration tests.
• Respond to and resolve security incidents, as well as educate staff on best practices.
3. Social Media Maintenance
• Manage and update the company’s social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram).
• Ensure consistent and engaging content is posted to promote the company’s services.
• Monitor social media analytics to measure engagement and suggest improvements.
4. Website Maintenance
• Oversee the upkeep and continuous improvement of the company’s website.
• Ensure the website is regularly updated with accurate content and optimized for user experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise.
Operational Responsibilities (50%)
1. Assist in Delivery Operations
• Support the team with delivery logistics as needed, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
• Assist in the coordination and scheduling of deliveries, working closely with the operations team.
2. General Operational Support
• Provide hands-on assistance with daily operational tasks to ensure smooth functioning of company operations.
