In this position, your duties as F&B Executive are :
- Assist in opening, operating, and closing of shifts
- Food preparation including baking
- Duty roster planning, handle staff/customer complaints or issues.
- Cashiering including POS Closing
- Cleaning duties (counter, kitchen, dining hall, outdoor, toilet touch up).
- Equipment maintenance
- Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas.
- Ensure compliance with operational standards and policies.
- Stock taking and Ordering
- Stock taking, WISR trouble-shooting and Ordering
- Coins and notes exchange from bank
- Schedule and Manage shifts which include: daily decision making, scheduling and planning.
- 3PD deliveries investigation and follow up
