Key Responsibilities:
Order fulfilment & On Time Delivery
· Process sales orders regularly and efficiently. Drive & represent the ultimate in on time performance.
· Accurate master data maintaining in system and regularly review and clean up.
· Play an active role in optimizing customer demanding & business behaviour.
· Offering useful proposals to related departments and drive the result to align business environment.
· Increase percentage of First Pass Yield.
· Reasonable operation cost and business benefit considering.
Demand Planning
· Monthly timely forecast analysis & input and continue improving on forecast accuracy.
· Work closely with sales team & planning to review abnormal forecast.
· New win forecast maintaining & monthly analysis.
· FG management to align order fulfilment processes to the very competitive business environment and commercial strategies in Indonesia and affiliates.
Customer Satisfaction (Internal & External)
· Cooperate with related departments in Plant to ensure smooth order fulfillment and on-time delivery;
· Keep close contact with Sales and Sales Service in each Sales Office to make sure customers’ requests can be transferred, understood and dealt with;
· Maintain good relationship with those customers being handled and contacted directly by Plant.
Customer’s Complaint Handling
· Co-ordinate customer’s complaints in responsive manner.
· Sufficient information collection
· Conform with the QA SOP document related to customer complaint handling.
Essential:
· Export background is a must
· Sound analytical, problem-solving skills and ability to drive results
· Demonstrated the ability to influence stakeholders and work with people.
· Sound knowledge in Logistics Management (customer relationship management, ERP, Purchasing, Demand Planning, etc)
· Strong customer-oriented sense, proactive and positive
· Effective communication and strong command in both written and spoken English
· Strong relationship building skills with both internal stakeholders and customers
· Good working knowledge of customs regulations and procedure
· Knowledge in MS applications, SAP and MRP II is an added advantage
· Knowledge and experience in project management is ab added advantage
