Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
- Identify and acquire new customers, focusing on B2B, corporate, and enterprise clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target companies.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute lead generation campaigns.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to promote JDI’s services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B, corporate, and enterprise sales, preferably in the HR services industry.
- Strong track record of acquiring new customers and achieving sales targets.
- Researching client segments and identifying potential clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with Sales Methodology and Processes like MEDDPICC, MEDDIC, BANT, CHAMP, GPCTBA/C&I, FAINT, and ANUM.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Other tasks as required by Management.

- This role will be based in Singapore
- Good written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Written and verbal Vietnamese is a bonus
- 4+ years work experience in business development, lead generation, sales or similar fields in the IT/HR/Innovation sector
- Loves innovation and the startup ecosystem
- Passionate about creating new opportunities
- Experience in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace
- Experience with CRM software, Lead Gen Tools is a plus
