SALES MANAGER

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and acquire new customers, focusing on B2B, corporate, and enterprise clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target companies.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute lead generation campaigns.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to promote JDI’s services.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B, corporate, and enterprise sales, preferably in the HR services industry.
  • Strong track record of acquiring new customers and achieving sales targets.
  • Researching client segments and identifying potential clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with Sales Methodology and Processes like MEDDPICC, MEDDIC, BANT, CHAMP, GPCTBA/C&I, FAINT, and ANUM.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Other tasks as required by Management.


Are you the right fit?

  • This role will be based in Singapore
  • Good written and verbal communication skills (English)
  • Written and verbal Vietnamese is a bonus
  • 4+ years work experience in business development, lead generation, sales or similar fields in the IT/HR/Innovation sector
  • Loves innovation and the startup ecosystem
  • Passionate about creating new opportunities
  • Experience in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace
  • Experience with CRM software, Lead Gen Tools is a plus
