We are looking for high energy, motivated and adaptable individuals to join our fast expanding businesses.
You will attend our trainee program and be attached to various departments within Wilmar Group of Companies to undergo on-the-job training to learn the necessary knowledge and skills. The various departments include Trading, Logistics, Shipping and Technical/ Production/ Projects.
Pre-requisites:
- Entry level or with 2 to 3 years’ working experience
- Diligent, passionate, has perseverance and thrives under pressure
- Other essential attributes sought are good business acumen, maturity, integrity and independence
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to be seconded overseas
