Minimum 1 Years Of Relevant Working Experience In Construction And/Or Renovation Project Supervision In Singapore.
· Possess BCSS, CSOC And/Or Other Relevant Certs Required.
· Meeting With Project Team Members To Identify And Resolve Issues.
· Serving As A Point Of Contact For Teams When Multiple Projects Are Running To Ensure Team Actions Remain In Synergy.
· Submitting Project Deliverables And Ensuring That They Adhere To Quality Standards.
· Establishing Effective Project Communication Plans And Ensuring Their Execution.
· Facilitating Change Requests To Ensure That All Parties Are Informed Of The Impacts On Schedule And Budget.
· Able To Work And Cope With Foreign Workers Environment
· Required To Have Hand On Working Experience And Will Be Required To Work Hands On.
· Able To Work On Public Holidays & 2 Hour OT Per Day.
Will Have To Start Work At Work Site At 7.30 Am.
