Responsibilities:-
- Ensure that all health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards are met.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and keep abreast of changes in legislation and industry standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards and implement mitigation strategies.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Develop and deliver HSE training programs and workshops to employees at all levels.
- Promote a culture of safety and environmental awareness within the organization.
- Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures.
- Conduct regular drills and ensure that all employees are familiar with emergency protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of HSE incidents, inspections, and compliance activities.
- Prepare and submit reports to management and regulatory agencies as required.
- Monitor environmental impact and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
- Implement and promote sustainable practices and waste management solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest HSE trends, technologies, and best practices.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental performance.
