Responsibilities:
- Perform daily administrative tasks to ensure the marketing department's activities are organized and coordinated.
- Support marketing executives in managing various projects, from inception through execution.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer ratings, employing marketing analytics to gather essential data across social media, web analytics, and other sources.
- Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and inventories with statistical, financial, and non-financial information.
- Assist in organizing promotional events and campaigns, both traditional and digital, and participate in them to ensure their success.
- Prepare, organize, and deliver promotional presentations to various stakeholders.
- Create and manage online content for the company’s website and social media platforms.
- Develop marketing materials, such as brochures and press releases, to enhance the company's market presence.
- Communicate directly with clients to foster trusting and long-term relationships.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a marketing assistant, preferably within the construction industry or a related field.
- Strong understanding of office management and fundamental marketing principles.
- Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach to tasks.
- Proficient in market research techniques and familiar with relevant databases.
- Excellent command of MS Office, marketing software, and online applications (e.g., CRM tools, Google Adwords).
Preferred:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field is highly advantageous.
