Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with semiconductor equipment and systems, including computer systems, complex software, and networked and wireless systems.
- Perform on-site installation, continuous improvement programs, parts overhauls, preventive maintenance, modifications, and repairs on equipment.
- Act as a company liaison with customers on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects.
- Coordinate logistics and equipment-related matters with customers.
- Respond to customer complaints, providing timely solutions to resolve their issues.
- Monitor product performance and provide regular update reports and feedback on customer service requests.
- Report common customer complaints to management to address and prevent future issues.
Requirements:
- At least Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical/Electronics Engineering
- At least 2 years of relevant experience with semiconductor equipment knowledge.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous, organized, and resourceful team player.
- Highly motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment.
- Availability to work or be on standby after office hours, on weekends, and public holidays.
