Wireless Product Development:
- Support the management team in developing the product roadmap and defining specifications.
- Lead a team of hardware engineers to transition products from development to factory production.
- Act as the project manager to drive project developments.
- Oversee hardware specification, design, and development.
- Handle board design, Bill of Materials (BOM), and PCB layout.
- Aid in obtaining compliance certifications such as CE, FCC, and other necessary logos.
- Facilitate the transfer of products to production facilities.
- Create and maintain product datasheets, application notes, reference designs, and production release documents.
- Assist in the development of system infrastructure, including test equipment, tools, and software.
Technical/Customer Support:
- Provide technical support to key customers and field engineers.
- Offer support for customer design-in processes.
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions as needed.
Requirements:
- Degree or Master’s in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
- 10-15 years in wireless product and hardware design, with 5-10 years in managing product or hardware development teams.
- Experience with smart and IoT devices is preferred.
