Job Responsibilities:
- Support the HR Manager in overseeing the Administrative and HR Department, handling the full range of HR and administrative responsibilities.
- Assist with payroll-related tasks.
- Support to the recruitment process.
- Manage work pass administration, including applications, renewals, cancellations, and issuances.
- Responsible for daily HR functions from onboarding to offboarding.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding hiring plans, resignations, confirmations, and other HR matters.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of employee records and personnel files.
- Handle training-related tasks, such as course coordination, enrollment, and maintaining training records.
- Provide guidance and address employee inquiries on HR-related issues.
- Manage licensing renewals, such as for BCA workhead.
- Oversee company insurance policies, including vehicle, medical, and workmen’s compensation insurance.
- Administer office supplies, including pantry items, stationery, and office equipment.
- Participate in organizing company events, such as team-building activities, staff gatherings, and annual dinners.
- Other ad-hoc duties/ projects as assigned by managers
Requirements:
- Independent, self-driven and proactive attitude.
- Candidate must possess Diploma in any field.
- At least 3 years relevant experience.
- Computer literate, required skill(s): MS Office, MS Excel, MS Word
