Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily farm operations to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency.
- Implement high-volume production processes for leafy greens and salads, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures to meet production goals and enhance process yields.
- Supervise, mentor, and train team members, assigning daily tasks as needed.
- Act as the primary responder to operational failures or incidents, escalating issues to the management team as necessary.
- Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness on the farm, promoting a zero-accident environment through adherence to best production practices and safety protocols.
Key Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in agricultural technology or farm operations is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of plant biology and agricultural practices is advantageous.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Ability to work independently while being an effective team player.
- Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent planning, organizational, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
- A strong interest in agricultural technology and a willingness to learn is highly desirable.
