Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive – Ladies' Shoes Retail Brand

Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to grow the brand’s online presence and awareness, drive customer engagement, and increase sales. This role will focus on expanding the brand's reach, growing the number of followers across digital platforms, and converting online engagement into sales. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, an eye for design, and a proven ability to manage digital marketing campaigns that generate tangible results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, followers, and online engagement.
  • Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.), including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
  • Design and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads) to drive traffic and sales.
  • Monitor and optimize SEO efforts to improve website ranking and organic traffic.
  • Create engaging and visually appealing content (graphics, videos, posts) aligned with the brand’s identity.
  • Analyze digital marketing performance and produce regular reports on key metrics (e.g., follower growth, engagement, conversion rates, and sales).
  • Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify the brand's reach.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and convert them into customers.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and emerging platforms to ensure the brand remains competitive.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital advertising, and SEO/SEM.
  • Experience with paid ad platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads) and analytics tools.
  • Creative mindset with strong content creation and copywriting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Passion for fashion and a keen sense of the latest trends.
