Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers at the service center
- Provide support and service for IT hardware, including PCs and laptops
- Update customers on the status of their service requests promptly
- Manage and track parts handling and movement accurately
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install operating systems, firmware, and BIOS
- Manage and resolve assigned tickets, ensuring proper tracking
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks and close them in a timely manner
- Participate in training sessions for new products
Requirements:
- Min NITEC in Electronics or related field
- Basic computer hardware knowledge
- Flexible and adaptable to change
- Good customer service mindset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
