To assists in design and coordination and preparation of shop drawings, cutting list for the purpose of submission and fabrication work. Coordinate with builders to establish requirements and understand design concepts. Revise designs to eliminate problems when deviations occurred.
- Assist and coordinate with builders, clients & consultant to develop connection and design and detailing
- Coordinate and update related departments on any changes in drawings
- Issue drawings for tender and quotation
- Prepare 3D/4D modelling and detailing for the purpose of generating cutting list
- Generate and issue cutting list for fabrication work
- Supervise and guide junior staff
- Minimum Diploma in Architectural/ Building
- Responsible for design concepts and detail drawing
- Familiar in StruCard and Tekla software
