Responsibilities:
- Strategize and implement business plans and activities
- Work closely with partners eg. distributors/retailers across various channels
- Strive to achieve sales targets and meet business objectives
- Work with internal stakeholders to support sales goals and campaigns
- Monitor and track budget
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners
- Evaluate the effectiveness of business plans and activities
- Translate data and findings from research to meaningful data for customers
Requirements:
- Self-starter with proven track record in the FMCG industry
- Possess prior experience in MT and/or General Trade
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Min Degree in Business/Sales/Marketing
