Job description:
Sales and marketing manager/exetutive
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday: 10am - 7pm (1 hour lunch break)
- Saturday: 10am - 3pm
Work location: Serangoon Garden (New centre)
Responsibility:
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across various platforms such as Tiktok, Instagram, Xiaohongshu and so on.
- Knowing and monitoring industry trends and competitors to stay informed and adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
- Participate In Physical classes and other activities to up-sale or cross sale products.
- Work on new launch and new marketing campaign for sales conversion.
- Update of Monthly Trade & Marketing Calendar.
- Creation of marketing collaterals both virtual and physical.
- Penetrating into foreign/expat market for sales generation.
Requirements:
1. At least 1 year sales and marketing experience. Gym experience preferred. With proven track record in sales revene.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Mandarin, strong service awareness, and good management record.
3. Ability to present information and data in a consistent, organized and accurate manner.
4. Ability to work in a self-directed, organized manner, with leadership skills.
5. Ability to adapt and work under pressure, quick thinking, able to solve problems and complete tasks on time.
6. Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time, proactive.
7. Reliable, trustworthy, tactful, diplomatic.
Position: Full-time.
Salary: 3500-6500 with bonus.
