- Oversee recruitment and selection processes to build a strong workforce.
- Support business growth by developing, engaging, and retaining talent.
- Create and monitor HR strategies, systems, and performance appraisal processes.
- Ensure legal compliance and provide management with HR metrics for informed decision-making.
Requirements
- Min Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management/ Business Admin
- Min 5-8 years of related working experience
