Responsibilities:
Backscanning Role
- Automation on the scanned documents for auto archival.
- Enhance the current checks and match against report by Vendor to ensure that project is running smoothly.
- Liaising with vendor on retrieval of documents.
- Sorting, packing, and filing of documents.
- Support in scanning loose documents.
- Archival and housekeeping of the sharepoint archival folders.
- Timely update and tracking of the progress of the scanning project with vendor.
Others
- Ad hoc projects/assignments by the Manager.
Requirements:
- Education – Diploma/Degree
- Must have scripting (VBA/SQL) experience or knowledge
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and word)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good team player
- Independent
