Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the full set of accounts e.g. AP/AR/GL
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes, such as ASN FRT and MIS, ensuring that financial statements accurately reflect inventory data.
- Perform regular inventory audits to confirm the accuracy of inventory records and address any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and operations teams to resolve inventory variances and implement corrective measures.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive audit trails and documentation for all inventory transactions.
- Prepare and deliver detailed audit reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommending improvements.
- Work closely with finance and operations teams to optimize inventory management processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with the accounts and internal audit manager to prepare all necessary tax and audit reports.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma in Accountancy/Finance/Banking or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or inventory management.
