Job Responsibilities:
Sales Executive ( Paint / Automotive)
- Maintain good relationship with existing customers by conducting a routine of customer visits.
- Stay informed about all customer feedback and promptly respond to resolve issues.
- Visit customers, both new and existing, during festive occasions or promotional periods
- Collaborate with other service departments to assist in coordinating solutions for customer problems.
- Communicate and follow up with customers directly.
- Identify new opportunities, develop new businesses, and maintain existing customers.
- Negotiate and close deals with potential clients.
- Provide weekly sales reports to track progress.
- Ad hoc task as assigned.
Development Manager (Commercial Interior Design)
- Develop strategies to find and secure corporate clients.
- Grow the client base by actively acquiring new customers.
- Create tailored networking proposals for different sectors.
- Act as the liaison between clients, designers, and other parties to ensure client needs are met.
- Prepare sales and marketing materials.
- Help organize sales and marketing events.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ensure timely preparation of drawings and proposals.
- Support all sales activities.
- Manage and maintain customer relationships.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback, and report complaints for management review.
Job Requirements:
- Entry level are welcomed. Training will be provided.
- Class 3 license with car is required, only for sales executive
- Candidate with sales driven or customer service experience is welcome to apply.
