Responsibilities:
Sales and Customer Service
• Serve and manage clientele with professionalism and a deep understanding of their needs.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through effective sales strategies and exceptional customer service.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, including new arrivals, customization options, and design trends.
• Ensure an exceptional customer experience from initial contact through to after-sales service.
• Work collaboratively with the entire sales team to maximize showroom performance and customer satisfaction.
Store Operations
• Assist in maintaining the store’s visual standards to reflect company brand image.
• Ensure all client interactions and transactions are recorded accurately in the sales system.
• Marketing and Outreach
• Engage in local marketing activities and events to promote company’s and attract new clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers through regular follow-ups and personalized communication.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 - 4 years of experience in sales or a related field.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a high-end environment.
• In-depth knowledge of furniture trends and brands (a plus).
• Working on weekends is a must (5 days work week)
