JobScope:
Daily
- Approve daily, monthly and yearly accounting journal entry
- Approve sales order and purchase order
- Control cash collection and Aging Account Receivable, including communication with Sales and Service department
- Control petty cash
- Approve bank payment
- Approve customer and supplier master registration
Monthly
- Approve monthly report (GL, Sales report, inter-company confirmation and PL)
- Approve monthly report to Head Quarter in Japan
- Approve staff expense claim
- Payroll
- Other HR related work
Quarterly
- Approve quarterly reporting package to Head Quarter in Japan
- Approve GST filing
- Board of Directors meeting arrangement
Yearly
- Control physical inventory semi-annually
- Evaluation arrangement semi-annually
- Prepare and confirm income tax for employees
- Approve Corporate Tax
- Prepare full set of financial statement partially with other staff
- Approve full set of financial statement
- Counter measure to yearly external auditor Deloitte
- Counter measure to internal audit by Head Quarter in Japan every 3 years
- Compliance training
Ad-hoc
- Recruiting (Interview, Visa, Apartment)
- General Affairs (Pantry, Insurance, Company car, etc)
Qualifications
- Bachelor/ Certified Public Accountant (CPA)/ Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Experience in internal / external audit
- With experience in preparing full set of financial statement as well as handling account receivable, inventory and bank reconciliation
- With at least 3 years managerial experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint)
