Position Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Servers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and a genuine interest in Japanese cuisine. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally important. This role involves delivering a high standard of service to our guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience, and contributing to the overall success of our tea shop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take and accurately process customer orders.
- Provide detailed information about menu items and answer any questions guests may have.
- Ensure that all food and beverages are served promptly and to the highest standard.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a courteous manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred but not required.
- Passion for delivering exceptional service and a positive attitude.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Interest in Japanese cuisine and culture is a plus.
- Fluent in Mandarin; Japanese language skills are a bonus.
