We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Operation Manager to lead and grow our manpower employment agency. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the recruitment and placement process, building strong client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality staffing solutions.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement a comprehensive manpower recruitment strategy to meet client requirements across various industries.
· Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
· Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to match the right talent with client needs.
· Manage the entire placement process, including contract negotiations, onboarding, and ongoing client/candidate relations.
· Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships.
· Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, driving revenue growth for the agency.
· Stay abreast of industry trends and labour market dynamics.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
· 3+ years of proven experience in a manpower agency or recruitment role.
· Strong understanding of recruitment processes, employment law, and compliance requirements.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Proven track record of success in building client relationships and achieving sales targets.
