Working Hours: 5.5 days (Monday to Friday, Saturday half day)

Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing daily transport routes and deliveries
- Provide timely updates to customers regarding delivery status
- Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries
- Ensure proper documentation for deliveries, including invoices, issuing quotation and delivery receipts
- Managing the schedule of their supervisors
- Track vehicles using GPS to monitor their location and efficiency
- Answering phones to handle and resolve deliveries related customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- To perform all assigned administrative tasks by management
Job Requirements:
- O Level with 1 year of working experience
- Willing to learn attitude
- Good team player
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Possess a positive and professional attitude
- Bilingual
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
