Responsibilities
- Engage Guests: Promptly and personally engage walk-in guests to start a conversation and make them feel welcome.
- Drive Sales: Maximize sales through excellent customer service, product knowledge, and effective merchandise presentation and promotion.
- Operational Excellence: Implement operational policies and procedures to meet customer needs and support the brand's goals.
- Customer Understanding and Management: Create detailed Customer Profiles by understanding guests' reasons for visiting, their purchase intent, and timeline.
- Tailored Customer Experience: Educate and excite guests by answering questions and providing a personalized experience based on their interests.
- System Management: Maintain a healthy sales pipeline by collecting customer information, scheduling test drives, and regularly updating the CRM system with accurate sales and delivery data.
Requirements
- At least 2 - 3 years of customer service and sales experience preferably in the personal transportation industry
- Comfortable to work in the evenings and during weekends/holidays
- Possess valid driver's license with a safe driving record
