As a Career Advisory Associate, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our students through their professional journeys. You’ll have the unique opportunity to work closely with a diverse group of learners, helping them identify their strengths, set career goals, and navigate the job market with confidence.
[Roles & Responsibilities]
- Utilize the database leads and social media platform leads to conduct outbound cold calls to potential learners.
- Advise potential learners on the various WSQ courses offered, matching their requirements and aspirations.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our courses and address any queries or concerns.
- Arrange virtual or in-office appointments for interested learners to discuss course details further.
- Build and nurture client relationships through regular follow-ups and engagement.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional courses to existing clients.
- Be responsible for direct sales to professionals or corporate customers.
- Drive the entire sales cycle– from initial customer engagement, qualifying, consultation to closure.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges.
[Requirements]
- Diploma / Degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or client engagement.
- Hunter mentality and a “no fear” approach to prospecting clients.
- Passion in promoting lifelong learning and employability.
- Ability to communicate efficiently and possess strong presentation skills.
- A strong work ethic, positive attitude and genuine desire to learn.
- Highly disciplined and good time management.
- Able to converse in Mandarin in order to liaise and communicate effectively with Mandarin speaking clients
[Working Hours]
- Five (5) days’ work per week, inclusive of weekend and PH shifts based on company’s schedule/roster. (Off in lieu will be given for working on PHs)
- 9:00am - 6:00pm (daily)
- 1 weekday and 1 weekend off days per week
