Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and profitability across all departments.
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance business performance and contribute to the company’s growth objectives.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, ensuring targets are met and identifying areas for improvement.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture among the team, providing leadership, guidance, and professional development opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders in the flavor and fragrance industry.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols.
Collaborate closely with product development, marketing, and sales teams to align business strategies with market demands.
Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to the executive team.
Act as the primary point of contact for strategic initiatives and business negotiations.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Chemistry, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
At least 10 years of experience in business management, operations, or a related role within the flavor and fragrance industry or a similar field.
Proven track record in managing teams and driving business performance.
Strong understanding of market dynamics, trends, and customer requirements within the flavor and fragrance space.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with fluency in both English and Mandarin. Fluency in Mandarin is required to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a dynamic business environment.
Willingness to travel as needed for business engagements.
