Job Description & Requirements
- Tender and Contract documents administration
- Prepare BQ, cost estimation, cost control, and cost estimation
- Responsible for quantity take-off, claim preparations, variations, and final accounts
- Understand the market updates and construction cost trend
- Good knowledge in Contract and QS procedures and pricing
- Strong leadership skill and work independent
- Any other ad-hoc task assigned by Superior
Job Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying or relevant field
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Experience in Road Work / Civil Projects is an advantage
