We are looking to recruit an ambitious Sales Executive for our new startup business, specializing in revolutionary lighting solutions for residential, commercial, industrial and government organizations. Working within the sales team the candidate will develop relationships with potential new buyers, support the ambitious growth plans for 2024 and support customers with any pre and post sale needs.
This role would suit someone with the experience of business to business and business to customer sales. Fresh grads without experience are welcome too! Product training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify sales leads/ potential clients online as well as using social media to identify new opportunities
- Demonstrate the benefits of our revolutionary patented lighting system
- Contacting potential clients via email, phone, text to establish rapport and set up new accounts
- Negotiating terms by phone, email and in person
- Maintaining and growing new clients to gain maximum purchase volume.
- Responsible for dormant buyer management, identifying trends, re-engaging regularly
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required by the sales manager
Skills
- Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills
- Related experience is an advantage but not necessary
