Assistant Manager, Digital Marketing
Our client, a real estate company is looking for Assistant Manager, Digital Marketing to join their Sales & Leasing Group.
Job responsibilities:
- Drive the company's digital growth and objectives.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive lead performance marketing strategy, managing the SOPs from end to end.
- Plan and execute digital campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to Search, Display/Programmatic ads, Google listings/pins, and social media ads (Meta, YouTube, WeChat, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, tiktok, etc.).
- Monitor, measure, and report on campaign performance, evaluating results against set goals throughout the conversion funnel, from impressions to conversions and sales.
- Present campaign performance reports to key stakeholders.
- Work closely with agency to identify market trends, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Plan, execute, and analyze A/B testing and conversion tests.
- Work with internal teams to enhance the digital user experience and journey.
- Provide leadership and guidance to stakeholders and partners in digital marketing best practices.
- Assess the customer experience across customer touch points and multiple channels.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of working experience in the digital marketing field.
- Proven expertise in leading and managing social media, SEM, and display advertising campaigns.
- Experience in devising effective digital campaigns and identifying target audiences.
- Proven ability to confidently pitch and present ideas to internal stakeholders.
