- Collaborate on event strategy and best approach for the APAC market
- Bring expertise to event as launch tactic tailored to needs of market and global goals
- Lead creative, production, and logistical execution of key event elements, working in tandem with all key stakeholders, including but not limited to: Marketing (Brand, OM, International, Social), Media Relations (US, APAC, DTC, WBD Corp Comms), Talent Relations, and WBD Executive Comms and Handling
- Source and onboard local event agency partners
- Help build cross-functional process for new market launches, including:
- Budget
- Reporting
- Agency R&R
- Messaging, Branding, Key Art & TT
- Design: S&R, Invites, Collateral, Event Design Elements
- Guest List: Curation, Activation of Key Stakeholder, RSVP Comms
- Operations: ROS, Talent Flow, Guest Experience
- On-Site Event Staffing: Lead Support, Build Teams, Assignments
- Post-Event Asset Management & Distro: Photos, Social, Press
