Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain CCTV systems, electrical wiring, cabling, door access, and smart home systems.
- Perform onsite servicing, installation, and commissioning of surveillance systems including cameras and DVRs.
- Conduct daily corrective and preventive maintenance for optimal system performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with CCTV equipment, wiring, and recording devices.
- Clean cameras, check coverage, and review DVR recordings as part of regular maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of system installations, configurations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Prepare and submit preventive maintenance and system performance reports to customers.
- Provide technical support to clients, including system operation, training, and troubleshooting assistance.
Requirements:
- Experience with CCTV installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Strong technical skills in CCTV systems, electrical wiring, and cabling.
- Flexibility to work shifts, overtime, and be on standby during weekends or public holidays.
- Ability to work independently or in teams and communicate effectively.
- Willingness to work in various conditions (outdoors, heights, different locations).
- Valid Class 3 Manual/Auto Driving License is preferred.
