Responsibilities:
- Familiar with NEA Environmental Sanitisation Programme, and undertake the role of a registered Premise Manager and or Environmental Control Coordinator for a specified premises of a Canteen/Café
- Oversee all maintenance issues of the building
- Manage essential services such as electrical and mechanical works, utilities, security, pest control and waste recycling
- Provide facility support to various departments
- Ensure all preventive, corrective maintenance and ad-hoc works are duly carried out and coordinate with vendors and contractors on building defects and outstanding issues
- Procurement for new building and M&E work
- Conduct regular inspection on building, facilities and M&E services to ensure all are in good condition with compliance to building regulations
- Coordinate with internal departments and Fire Safety Manager (FSM) on fire safety management and control
- Assist Fire Safety Manager to update documentation, co-ordinate fire emergency drills, safety training for personnel and all other fire safety issues
- Ensure proper administration and documentation
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Building, Facilities Management, Electrical Engineering, Business Management or equivalent
- Proficient in MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint
- At least 5 years’ relevant work experience, preferable in healthcare
- Preferably a registered Fire Safety Manager certified by SCDF
