1. Ensure all Authorities procedures and information are properly documented;
2. Ensure site progress are met in accordance to the master programme;
3. Ensure all the latest details, information, drawings and documents are updated in the office and on site;
4. Drawings, shop drawings preparation in a timely and in accordance to the requirement or instructions of the Manager
5. To ensure documents and drawings are kept both in hard and soft copy and in a timely and proper manner;
6. Track the progress of delivery and quality of materials in accordance with the construction schedule to prevent delays;
7. Assist in the tendering process;
8. Taking off and any calculation as required;
9. Attend meetings and assist with determination of project requirements when requested;
10. Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team;
11. Ensure clients’ needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner;
12. Understands the project plans, specifications and explain plans and to all general workers, and/or clients when need to;
13. Monitor and control all sub-contractors’ and Project’s programme status;
14. Maintains positive relationships with Client, Architects, Consultants, Authorities, all Contractors, suppliers and any other relevant personnel;
15. Maintains an organized and safe work place;
16. Communicate ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude, and for developing this attitude in others;
17. Keep the Project Manager (PM) and others informed about project status and issues that may impact client relations and report to PM daily on-site status;
18. Any other tasks and duties as instructed by the management.
